Dhimay Rockers – First Lego League Team learning STEAM and having fun
Dhimay is making an effort to introduce a scientific and real-world challenge for our kids to focus and research on. We have started FLL Explore Team for kids on 2nd to 4th grades. Every season FIRST announces the mission and our team explores the mission to relate it with music. More details on the program is available at – https://www.firstinspires.org/

Submerged 2024-2025
For this season, Dhimay Rockers are assigned with mission “Submerged”. Their “explore set” this year is to build a Submarine and research deep-sea exploration.
Like in the past, they followed core values very well and demonstrated “Teamwork” throughout the season. They took challenges as fun and built the team model. They learned mostly about the Ocean and SONAR system.
For the project, they built a submarine that can travel deep into the ocean using SONAR for navigation. They also used a SONAR sensor to take photographs of objects detected. They visited Dreher High School to participate in the FIRST Expo. They are still engaged in weekly meetings and process of learning. They look forward to participate in more Expos.
